Sanjana Events provides event planning and management services, including but not limited to weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate functions, and social gatherings. Specific details of the services, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a formal proposal or agreement shared with you before booking.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • To confirm a booking, a non-refundable advance payment (percentage of the total cost) is required.

  • The remaining balance must be paid within the timeline specified in the agreement.

  • Payment can be made through approved methods (bank transfer, UPI, or other modes communicated to you).

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Client Cancellations:

    • Advance payments are non-refundable.

    • Cancellations made more than [X days] before the event may qualify for partial refunds (excluding vendor bookings and administrative costs).

    • Cancellations made within [X days] of the event date are non-refundable.

  • Company Cancellations:

    • In the rare case Sanjana Events cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of payments received will be provided.

4. Event Changes & Modifications

  • Any changes to event details (venue, date, guest count, theme, etc.) must be communicated in writing at least [X days] prior to the event.

  • Additional costs arising from modifications will be borne by the client.

  • We cannot guarantee accommodation of last-minute changes.

5. Vendor & Third-Party Services

  • Sanjana Events may work with third-party vendors (caterers, decorators, entertainers, etc.) on your behalf.

  • While we carefully select trusted vendors, we are not liable for any negligence, delay, or damages caused by third-party providers.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, timely approvals, and payments.

  • Clients must obtain necessary permissions or licenses (if required) for specific event activities.

  • Any misconduct by guests (e.g., property damage, unlawful activities) is the sole responsibility of the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive for perfection, Sanjana Events will not be held liable for:

    • Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).

    • Indirect damages such as emotional distress, loss of income, or reputational harm.

    • Delays or failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

8. Use of Website

  • You agree not to misuse the website (e.g., hacking, spreading malware, posting false information).

  • Content on this website (text, graphics, photos) is the intellectual property of Sanjana Events and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

9. Privacy
